LPS has a large team of fully qualified and trained trade staff who are responsible for the delivery of change of tenancy or 'turnover' services. We take residential or commercial property that need anything form minor repairs to a complete overhaul or upgrade and bring it up to the required specification before a new tenant takes possession. On completion of the job, we provide real time reports by email directly to the client which includes photographs, job description, parts used and on site signature.

All of our staff are uniformed to be identifiable and provide an on-site presence. They are trained to be vigilant and to report any concerning matters to our management team who in turn report back to our clients.
