LPS provides property services to a large portfolio of properties throughout Dublin and Leinster. Our clients include; IRES REIT, Can Living, ODREM, Home for Life, Tuath Housing, Xestra Property Ventures.

Our Systems

We have invested in a top of the range property maintenance job tracking software system. This system schedules in all our maintenance services and on completion of each job, creates a detailed report containing; job description, details of work and parts used, before and after photographs, customer and technician signature, which is generated remotely from site.
​
This communication from the on-site technician is automatically transmitted to head office via a smartphone app. It is then emailed directly to the client and is available in our client login portal where it can be downloaded in PDF.

LPS use Fleetmatics Vehicle Tracking Systems for live technician locations to ensure prompt and efficient response times for our clients.
