The Location: County Westmeath.

The Brief: Completion  and upgrade 7 incomplete residential units to current building regulations for handover to the local housing authority.

Works carried out:

The upgrade of fire stopping between adjoining houses, the installation of a new smoke alarm system and provision of Annex K certification. Full fit out to include new kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout.

How we added value:

Our team had the knowledge and experience to ensure that all works were carried out in accordance with the relevant building regulations.

 

As our technicians are in-house, we provided all certification required by our client and the Local Authority directly without any sub-contractor involvement. 

​

On behalf of our client, we met with the surveyors from the Local Authority directly and this ensured the prompt completion of the local authority purchases, within the required budget year.

​

Our expertise ensured there were only very minimal minor snags, again ensuring the prompt completion of the purchase by the local authority.
