The Client: Social Housing Agency
The Location: Nationwide, Ireland.
The Brief: Coordinate the periodic electrical testing of circa 2,000 occupied residential properties across Ireland within a time timescale.
Works carried out:
We attended to all units as required by the housing agency. A full periodic electrical test, in accordance with Safe Electric Guidelines was carried out. Where repairs and upgrade works were identified, these were carried out whilst on-site. Full report and certification were provided weekly to our client.
How we added value:
The LPS team contacted and seamlessly coordinated access to all occupied units for attendance by our site technicians. Each technician is uniformed and carried identification which assured occupants of our professionalism. All technicians are qualified QC certifiers and carried out the testing and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
As we had pre-agreed rates with our client for all repair works, we were in a position to complete same whilst onsite eliminating the need for a secondary call back, therefore reducing our clients administration and liability exposure.
Our administration team submitted weekly progress reports with associated certification and job report documentation ensuring our client was fully informed at all times. Our job reports included photographic evidence of all repair works carried out.
