The Brief: To renew an apartment property in between tenancies to include, replacement flooring, repainting, and cleaning.

Works carried out:
​
We cleared the apartment of all items left from the previous tenant. All flooring was replaced and all walls, ceilings and woodwork repainted and a full deep clean.
​
How we added value:
​
LPS added value by completing the scope of work within 5 days. This means the property was vacant for minimal time. We also completed the works to the highest standard which ensures our client receives the maxmium rent achievable.
​
We have developed processes and KPI's with our client to maximise their return on their returns on the asset and reduce costs.
